All bedrooms have hand basins with hot and cold water, colour TV (with DVD/video player*) and easy chairs. Hospitality trays are also provided, with a choice of teas, instant and cafetiere coffee, hot chocolate, a jar of delicious home-made biscuits, fruit and confectionery.
* A huge selection of DVDs and videos are available for free use - a small charity donation would be appreciated.

Rooms are normally available from 3.00 p.m. and should be vacated by 10.45 am. Luggage may be left earlier and changing facilities are available by prior arrangement.
A Booking Deposit is required within 7 days of initial booking.
Please note that we regret to say that we are unable to accept credit or debit cards, but welcome payment by cheque with a guarantee card.
Pets may be accommodated by prior arrangement, and dogs are especially welcome when accompanied by well-behaved humans.
